Joystick Diagnostic Service

Regardless of the joystick your chair has, it can be quite costly to replace.

So...we offer a joystick evaluation service aimed at accurately evaluating the root issue so it can be repaired.

This service is available to consumers or businesses.

There is an non-refundable, up-front, evaluation fee of $49 for this service.

After your joystick has had a complete diagnostic inspection and bench test, we'll call, e-mail or message you with a summary of the costs involved in the repair.

If the repair is too costly, we'll advise you of that as well.

We really want to try to be a good steward of your money.

After The Evaluation

You decide whether to move forward with the repair or not.

If you give us a thumbs up, a trained technician will repair, rebuild, calibrate, and test your controller, and return it to you functioning like new.

Repairs are not a part of the initial diagnostic evaluation, and require additional payment.

Once the repair is complete, you can pick up the controller or we'll ship it to you at your expense.

We can use your account with FEDEX or UPS to return your controller.

The evaluation and repair are typically secured with a credit card

Rebuilt Electronics Warranty

Our rebuilt controllers carry a ninety day warranty.
