We are not set up to file claims with Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance for any of our products or services; however, we can refer you to a company that does.

Our customers pay with a check, cash or with a credit/debit card.

We typically cover 75 miles from zip code 27407 and that includes Southern Virginia; however, there are exceptions.

We've been to Georgia, Tennessee & West Virginia for installations and repairs.

Warranty repairs typically cover parts only and not the service call or labor.

Sometimes, the manufacturer won't ship the part(s) unless we agree to pay their shipping fee.

Ordinarily, we have to call the maker of your equipment before we can answer yes or no.

Most equipment makers will not ship direct to a customer. They require the part to come to our shop.

Be prepared to provide us with the model and serial number of your equipment.

Yes. After cleaning, we'll try to find a needy home. If your donation needs repairing, we'll attempt repairing.

We work with a few not-for-profits that can provide you with a donation receipt.

You can drop your equipment with us and we'll make arrangements to get it to a one of the organizations above.

We stock common parts including: armrest pads, batteries, brakes, brake extensions and brake tips, chargers, circuit breakers, fuses, joystick tips, keys, knobs, quick-release axles, tires and tubes.

We can ship parts to your direct to you. Parts and shipping must be paid up front.
