The first unit was manufactured in Pennsylvania in 2012. Two components are made outside the US. All others are US-made.

The TracFab is available in a 30" or 36" model. The 30" model (image below) is designed for daily users because it fits most entryways & some accessible vans.

What POWERS The TracFab?

Two, 12-volt, 100 amp AGM batteries run in series to power the TracFab.

The unit is tested to give eight to nine miles on one charge; however, the charging regimen, the user's weight, temperature & terrain will affect your range.

What's the lead time?

Once the chair is paid for, the lead time for either model is roughly 90 days from the order date.

It's a Chain Drive System

TracFab designers chose a chain drive over a direct drive allowing the gear ratios to be adjusted and settings based on the weight load. A chain drive also allows additional power to assist the electric motors preventing damage.

What Accessories are Available? 

A 4/5 point shoulder harness; 12-volt charging port; cupholder; fishing rod holder; generator & mount; high output LED headlights; iPad mount; multi-axis shooting rest; ratchet clamps; rifle scabbard & wired attendant remote. 

What About The Seat?

The TracFab offers the only fully lumbar supporting seat on a tracked powerchair. 

Without the generator option, the seat back reclines rearward to a flat plane and forward to roughly a 45-degree angle. Custom seating options are also available. 

The armrests move rearward to a 90-degree angle to make transferring easier.  Three grab bars also come standard with your unit. 

Is the TracFab Submersible? 

No; however, it will safely operate in 6 to 8" of water. Every component is sealed to make liquid damage less likely. 

How About Stairs? 

While the TracFab was created to enjoy being outdoors, it was not designed to climb stairs. It will climb some steps; however, we encourage you to avoid stairs. 

Only operate your TracFab on surfaces that are safe and stable.
