Renting guidelines

Appointments are a must! 

We rent equipment based on the end user's weight. As a result, when you call, please offer or ballpark the end user's height and weight. We simply want to make the end user comfortable.

Rent by the day, week or month. Hourly rentals are available for the daily rate.

Need to extend the length of your rental? Simply call or e-mail us. You'll find our rental equipment & fees with the images below.

We offer fee-based delivery & pick up service. Outside the immediate area called the Triad, our fees are higher. Delivery fee is a minimum of $55.

You may change the pick-up location; however, there will be an additional fee. The minimum change of venue fee is $35 plus the pick up fee of $55.

Renting makes sense for short term needs or prior to buying. We rent; however, we also sell new mobility equipment. In addition, we repair regardless of where you bought it.

 All rentals require advance reservations & secured with a credit card and a driver's license. Appointments are a must!

It's common for a customer to ask us to sell their rental. We'll be happy to sell you a new one. And on occasion, we sell our rental equipment.
